Ongoing Team Headshots for Insperex in Delray Beach

Photographed by Matt Sturgess, 4th Avenue Photography

Insperex, a financial services firm in Delray Beach, has used us for its team headshots since April 2024. Over more than 20 sessions, at their office and at our studio on North Congress Avenue, we have built a library of executive and team portraits that all share one look, so every new hire matches the rest of the team.

At a glance

  • Client: Insperex, financial services
  • Location: Delray Beach, FL, on-site and in our studio
  • Service: Corporate team headshots, ongoing since 2024
  • Used for: website and LinkedIn profiles, internal communications and marketing

The brief

A growing team needs headshots that match, whether someone joined two years ago or last week. Insperex wanted clean, modern and approachable portraits for digital profiles and marketing, without organizing a full team shoot every time someone new starts.

The setup

  • On-site sessions with a tethered workstation, so each person sees their images straight away and picks a favorite before retouching
  • Lighting and background designed around the Insperex brand: clean, modern and approachable
  • New staff book individual sessions at our Delray Beach studio and are photographed with the same setup
  • Retouched headshots delivered online, sized for the website and LinkedIn

Results

  • More than 20 sessions since April 2024
  • One consistent look across the whole team, old and new
  • No waiting for the next group shoot when someone joins
