For The ACAMS Assembly, the anti-financial crime professionals conference held at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, on April 20–22, 2026, we ran a sponsored conference headshot booth for Baker Tilly. From a single station we photographed more than 400 attendees and delivered edited headshots within minutes, while the booth captured verified contact details for the sponsor.

The brief
The sponsor wanted a reason for attendees to stop at their stand, and a way to collect contact details that were real rather than scanned badges nobody follows up. A free professional headshot does both: people want one, and they happily register to receive it.
The setup
- QR code registration, so each attendee signed up on their phone before stepping in
- About five minutes per person, including a quick look at the shots
- On-site image review so people chose before they left
- Edited headshots delivered to attendees within minutes
- The same lighting and background for every person, so the results look consistent
Results
- 400+ attendees photographed from one station
- Steady queues of 20–30 people through the event
- A clear lift in traffic to the sponsor booth
- Hundreds of verified attendee contacts for the sponsor to follow up
The booth became one of the busiest spots on the exhibit floor, and the sponsor left with a contact list attendees had chosen to join.
